"Core 26" is our basic "26 Postures" class modeled after the Bikram Yoga sequence. It combines standing postures for the first 45-50 minutes, and floor postures for the remainder of the class. The room is heated to 100-104 degrees, with plenty of humidity. The heat is helpful in allowing the body to go deeper into the postures safely by increasing the elasticity of the muscles, ligaments, tendons, allowing greater flexibility with a lower risk of injury. The heat also facilitates sweating and detoxification through the pores and skin - the body's largest eliminating organ. The heat also greatly increases the challenge to the cardiovascular system, allowing for a challenging workout and greater fitness levels to be achieved. Finally, the intensity of the heat deepens the need for concentration and focus, strengthening the student's willpower and self-control both in the classroom and beyond. The postures are beginner friendly, and it is ideal for all levels of practice. The combination of this sequence with the heat is a perfect blend for your body to heal, reset, recharge, and gain strength and flexibility. This class can help improve immunity, detoxify the muscles, lungs and organs, regulate and maintain healthy weight, and help prevent injury, arthritis and pain. The self-control and focus developed in the consistent practice will be transferred to all areas of one's life to improve overall mental and physical health,

"Vinyasa Flow" combines postures with your breath. Instructors choose from a variety of poses, sequencing them together. The room is heated to 90-95 degrees. It’s lower heat, at a little faster pace, so it is also great for beginners and advanced students. You will get something a little different from each teacher. Designed to bring you peace in your mind, and balance, strength and flexibility in your body.
"Hatha Flow" is a basic, break down approach to a flow class. We will combine static postures with movement and breath. Perfect for beginners and advanced practitioners alike because we'll take the time to explain alignment principles to ensure safety and success as you prepare your body to move toward a peak pose. Heated to 90-95 degrees.
"Yoga Basics" breaks down the basics of the yoga practice, helping experienced practitioners and beginners alike return to a solid foundation and the principles that bring safe and strong movement. Suitable for beginners, over 55 and anyone interested in going deeper into basic yoga postures.
"Donation Based Hatha" is the same as our hatha flow class, but you ONLY pay what you can! Minimum donation is $5. This class is offered Monday-Wednesday at 9:00pm.
"Alignment Based Hatha" deepens your practice through challenging your brain and your body. This class focuses on fundamental movements of the body, aligning yourself and exploring the way your body moves, and how this is different for each of us. We focus on mobility and strength to bring you into flexibility. This class is filled with heavy cuing and variations. We move on and off our mats, so come ready to explore, experience a sparkle of sweat and be lovingly pushed beyond what you thought capable. Heated 90-95 degrees.
"Alignment Based Vinyasa" combines alignment based principles to build strength and functional mobility before moving into a vinyasa style flow, linking breath with movement. Teachers sequence a variety of poses together and offer a more in depth explanation of safe transitions, strong postures, and modifications to fit your body's needs. Heated 90-95 degrees.
"Power Vinyasa" combines postures with your breath, much like our vinyasa flow class but with a little more intensity. Instructors choose from a variety of poses, sequencing them together to amp up the pace and creativity. Each teacher offers new and different challenges designed to bring your focus to the mat in a moving meditation. By the end, we hope you'll be sweaty, tired and glowing with joy of the present moment. All are welcome, but this is one of our more challenging offerings. Heated 90-95 degrees.
"Ashtanga" Wendy Colonna will lead you through the Short Form Ashtanga series. This Vinyasa based set sequence is like a moving meditation. The sequence includes Sun Salutations, standing and seated poses and finishes with a sequence including some inversions. Modifications will be offered beginners. Heated to 85 degrees.
"Mini and Me" is a 30 minute, donation based class for caregivers and littles. Little yogis, Momma yogis, Daddy yogis, all yogis and littles are welcome. It is a Hatha based class with flow and core work and can be done with or without baby/toddler in hand.
